Description:
The Document Control and Training Specialist will provide global EHS documentation and training system management and support.
Responsible for processing/publishing Global EHS documents (policies/procedures/tools) into company documentation systems working with Quality Document
Center processes and global program owners including the integrated systems (i.e.: OneVault (Veeva Vault), ComplianceWire, SharePoint).
Support managing day-to-day activities and improvement projects related to managing the Global EHS document management process using Veeva Vault
Quality Documents and Training modules.
The individual will assist document owners with their procedure writing/editing, ensuring compliance with required document formats using Microsoft Word Styles.
The individual will perform Document Management administrative tasks in Veeva Vault as documents progress from draft to approval.
Assist document owners with editing/formatting their standards and procedures, ensuring documents are appropriately written.
Field questions regarding One Vault workflows and minimum review/approver requirements.
Review uploaded documents to ensure document metadata is appropriate and complete.
For EHS training curriculum used enterprise-wide, with input from the training course subject matter experts, update the Computer
Based training curriculum slide decks as well as upload it within the EHS Training Platforms and ensure proper linkage to OneVault and Compliance Wire.
Generate training reports in ComplianceWire.
Complete various administrative duties, as assigned.
Qualification:
Associate Degree Position required a combination of skills and experience.
1-3 years experience required.
3+years experience preferred
Working knowledge with OneVault (Veeva).
Working knowledge with Compliance Wire, and documentation management
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Experience in training content development
Good verbal and written communication
Good organization and time management skills
