Duties include
- Employee training and evaluations
- Customer service, sales and cashier duties
- Sales and collection calls
- Assist Store Manager and Collections Manager with daily operations.- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the business
- Develop leadership skills by overseeing and training a team
- Looking for a self-motivated leader, with organizational skills, strong sales abilities, and great interpersonal skills.
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store.
- At least 1+ years of experience in management.
- Supervise, train, and assist 8-10 employees in customer service and product promotions.
- Oversees the collection management to ensure goals are met.
- Develop and maintain a schedule for employees.
- Seeks ways to better promote the store, the product line and service within the store.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and ensure stocking to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
- Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
- Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
- Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.
