We are a growing Farmers Insurance agency seeking a full-time Client Support Specialist to join our team.
This is a key role within our office focused on delivering a high-level client experience, supporting our sales team, and helping the agency operate efficiently. You will work directly with clients daily and play an important part in ensuring our operations run smoothly.
The right person will be organized, dependable, and enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position plays a direct role in our agency's growth by ensuring clients are taken care of and allowing our sales team to stay focused on production.
This is not a sales role. Your focus will be on service, organization, and supporting both our clients and internal team.
Applicants must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, speaking with clients on the phone throughout the day, and completing tasks independently without supervision. You must also be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license within 60 days (we provide guidance and support through the process).
Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
