Key responsibilities:
- To issue and receipt of raw materials for manufacturing of Peptide Products as per requirement.
- Charging of batches and carry out all operations related to process as per BMR and written procedures.
- To manufacture peptide products as per BMR and written procedures in Peptide plant
- Operations, Calibration, Cleaning and Maintenance of process equipment and recording their usage logs.
- Monitor Process and cleaning turn around time (TR) during synthesis and purification of Peptide products.
- Monitor process parameter and yield.
- Reduction in Solvent usage and reduction in down time of the instruments.
- Reduction in batch failures, batch hold ups and generation of waste.
