American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Inpatient Rehab position in Aurora, CO, requiring at least 1 year of recent acute care experience as a Rehab or M/S RN and a CO or compact RN license.

Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

13-week contract

Patient ratio of 6:1

Day shift staffing includes a charge nurse, 3–5 RNs, and 2–4 PCTs; night shift includes a charge nurse, 3–5 RNs, and 2 PCTs

EMR: Meditech
-
Floating between two Spalding campuses is required
-
Common procedures include wound care and patient transfers

Active CO or compact RN license required
-
Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the start date)

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience as a Rehab or M/S RN

Minimum 2 years of total clinical experience required

US SSN and DOB required for consideration — no Canadian SSNs accepted
-
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

IV and blood draw skills preferred

Prior experience with a rehab patient population preferred

Candidate must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible

One professional reference required for consideration
