Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
- Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Clover POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions, perform basic math calculations for billing, and ensure accurate cash handling at all times
- Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to expand our drink menu
- Support bar management in inventory control, stock replenishment, and maintaining compliance with food safety protocols
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of POS systems Clover or similar POS for seamless order processing
- Proven cocktail experience with a strong understanding of beverage recipe development and presentation techniques
- Familiarity with wine knowledge, craft beer varieties, brewing processes, and beverage trends in fine dining settings
- Exceptional customer service skills to create engaging interactions that foster guest loyalty
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
- Experience in food handling, food safety standards, catering, banquet service, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience emphasizing beverage service, bar management, or food industry roles is highly desirable
- TIPS is mandatory for this role.
Pay: $22.56 - $27.17 per hour
