About the Role
Painting Green is looking for a hands-on, customer-focused leader to coordinate painting projects, support sales and marketing, and keep field operations running smoothly. This role is a great fit for someone who understands painting or construction, enjoys working with homeowners, and can confidently manage several priorities at once.
What You Will Do
- Meet with homeowners, understand their needs, and provide helpful project recommendations.
- Support sales through lead follow-up, networking, home shows, and community marketing.
- Coordinate job schedules, crews, materials, customer expectations, and project updates.
- Visit and inspect job sites to check quality, safety, progress, and contract requirements.
- Review project scopes and help address questions involving contracts, pricing, or changes in work.
- Monitor inventory, purchase supplies, and pick up or deliver materials when needed.
- Help estimate materials and make sure crews have the paint, tools, and supplies needed for each job.
- Communicate clearly with customers, employees, vendors, and company leadership.
- Help resolve customer concerns and complete final walkthroughs or punch-list items.
- Support fieldwork when needed and promote safe, clean, and organized job sites.
Painting & Construction Knowledge
- You should be comfortable evaluating project needs and understanding common painting and repair work, including:
- Surface preparation such as cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming.
- Interior and exterior paint application using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Basic stucco, drywall, and surface restoration techniques.
- Painting work for new construction, renovations, and occupied homes.
- Safe use of common hand tools, power tools, ladders, and painting equipment.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in painting, construction, restoration, remodeling, or a related trade.
- Experience with sales, customer service, estimating, project coordination, or team leadership.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and understand project scopes, proposals, contracts, and work specifications.
- Comfort working in the field, speaking with homeowners, and managing changing priorities.
- Basic computer and mobile technology skills for scheduling, communication, and documentation.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between job sites, suppliers, and events.
