Learn Net Health's sales process, value propositions, talk tracks/objection handling, outbound prospecting techniques, as well as target accounts and personas.
- Utilize Salesforce to track activities, update prospect data, and record competitive information according to department guidelines.
- Support sales reporting through Tableau, helping build and maintain dashboards that track pipeline, campaign performance, and prospecting metrics.
- Assist with data collection and quality assurance (QA) for outbound prospecting efforts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of prospect and account data across systems.
- Pull call data and insights from Gong to support SDR Senior Manager training sessions and ongoing SDR performance metrics.
- Assist the marketing team with any campaign execution, content creation, and/or performance tracking needs.
- Support social media, email, and digital marketing initiatives as needed.
