What You’ll Do:
As a Shipping Dock Worker, you’ll be essential in managing the flow of products in and out of our facility. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Loading products onto trailers and containers according to schedules.
- Ensuring accuracy in bills of lading and inventory documentation.
- Performing month-end and year-end physical inventories.
- Unloading inter-company transfers and dealer returns.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the facility.
- Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for receiving, staging, loading, and documentation.
What We’re Looking For:
- A dependable and detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills.
- Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Willingness to work in diverse environments, including outdoors and non-temperature-controlled areas.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to stand, sit, squat, and bend for prolonged periods.
- A commitment to safety and cleanliness standards.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to learn a variety of tasks and operate effectively within a team.
- Must secure and maintain a forklift operator’s license (training provided).
