We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to join our team at our Allenton location. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, can manage multiple priorities, and is eager to be part of a growing and dynamic company.

Tuesday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Every Other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner

Greet customers and visitors, connecting them with the appropriate team member

Monitor receiving and customer gates

Communicate with the yard team as needed

Balance the daily cash drawer

Scan, file, and maintain internal paperwork

Assist with store literature and administrative tasks

Handle incoming mail and deliveries

Contact customers when products arrive

Support the Inside Sales team as needed

Assist with miscellaneous projects assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements:
