We are looking for a Social Media and Accounting Specialist to join our team in Easton, PA. This hybrid position offers a unique opportunity to develop skills in both social media management and accounting. Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends and customer interactions, providing feedback to improve content.
- Provide other basic marketing support such as drafting new attorney bios, posting new content the firm’s website, coordinating email newsletters, etc.
- Work with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall company objectives.
Accounting Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts receivable and payable.
- Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to support accurate financial operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Candidates with significant experience in one area and a willingness to learn the other are welcome to apply.
- Experience in either social media management or accounting (with 2+ years in one of these areas preferred).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (e.g., WordPress, Google Analytics) or accounting software (Tabs experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and grow in either social media marketing or accounting, depending on your background.
