We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Direct Support Professional Instructor to join our Adult Day Program team in Monmouth County. This full-time position plays a key role in supporting adults with developmental and multiple physical disabilities through individualized programming, community-based activities, and daily living support.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development and implementation of individualized program goals
- Planning and implementing community-based activities focused on participant choice and independence
- Supporting participants with personal care needs as required
- Working collaboratively with team members to provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment
- Associate’s Degree required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Previous experience working with individuals with multiple and physical disabilities preferred
- Eligibility for New Jersey Department of Education certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
