Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, managing orders, and supporting the sales pipeline from initial contact through order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and follow up on quotes, pricing, and proposals
- Enter and manage customer orders accurately in JobBOSS, maintaining complete and accurate customer and order records within the system
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and purchasing teams to ensure accurate order processing and delivery timelines
- Follow up with customers to support ongoing relationships and repeat business
- Assist in tracking sales activity and order status reporting
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a manufacturing-related role
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical or manufacturing-related information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing or CNC machining environment
- Familiarity with JobBOSS or similar manufacturing software
- JobBOSS experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
