Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Area Vice President of Clinical Excellence to lead and elevate clinical quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency across multiple hospice facilities in WI. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for clinical innovation, a deep understanding of healthcare management, and exceptional leadership skills. As the driving force behind clinical standards and best practices, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and excellence that directly impacts patient outcomes and organizational success. Must have hospice experience.
Duties
- Develop and implement region-wide clinical strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance patient care quality and safety.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise clinical teams across multiple offices, fostering a culture of high performance and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Establish metrics for evaluating clinical performance; analyze data to identify areas for improvement; implement corrective actions promptly.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1 . Registered Nurse in the State with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state.
2. Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited program by the National League for Nursing Bachelors degree in nursing preferred
3. Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional and administrative personnel.
4. Ability to market and deal tactfully with customers and the community.
5. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or Organisation requirements and is in good working order.
6. Must haver 5 - 10 years experience in hospice with supervisory experience.
