Telecommunications Construction Laborer
Location: Onsite in Kalispell, MT

About Role-
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Telecommunications Construction Laborer to support underground fiber and COAX construction projects in Kalispell, MT.
This is a hands-on outdoor position working alongside drill operators, locators, and construction crews. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, comfortable working outdoors, and interested in building a career in the telecommunications construction industry.
Qualifications
- Previous construction, utility, telecommunications, or outdoor labor experience preferred.
- Fiber, COAX, conduit, or underground utility experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, digging, and bending.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment preferred.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to travel locally to project sites as needed.
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
