We are currently seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Technician with proven experience to join our team. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for servicing various household appliances, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, etc.)
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding repairs and recommendations.
- Operate a company truck for repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Order parts as needed and coordinate follow-up visits
Skills
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in appliance repair
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in household appliances
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical demands of the job
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must provide own basic hand tools (company provides specialty tools & equipment)
Compensation includes a base salary plus weekly performance-based bonuses, offering strong earning potential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
