Athenian Grill is currently seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Line Server to join our team at University of Kentucky Joe Craft Football Training Facility. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food preparation, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering high-quality meals and exceptional guest experiences.
Schedule for the main season is Monday - Friday ( with occasional events on weekends).

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Make sure all stations are presentable and clean
- Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation
- Prepping fruit, deli, and salad for the main buffet bars
- Communicating food service needs to back of the house and stocking all food items, cups, napkins, cutlery
- Being friendly & open with all players and staff alike/ building rapport and learning names etc.
- Label stock and inventory all ingredients
- Support team members as needed during busy service periods
Qualifications

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen duties
- Food Handler Certification is a plus
