Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery / Warehouse Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of goods while also assisting with warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, have experience in a warehouse environment, and be comfortable with heavy lifting and driving trucks and sprinter vans.
Responsibilities
- Navigate assigned routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws

- Load and unload products from delivery vehicles using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Drive box trucks, pick up trucks, and sprinter vans to deliver goods to various locations, ensuring timely and safe transportation. Use lift gate safely when needed.
- Perform route driving duties, adhering to scheduled delivery times and customer requests.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
- Handle heavy lifting and moving of products as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Assist with warehouse duties when not on the road, including inventory management
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience with commercial driving is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) and engage in physical activity throughout the workday.
- Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks is desirable.
- A background in courier or delivery driver roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
