We provide all the training and supervision you need! You will be able to acquire and maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician with the training and supervision you receive.
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Behavior Consultant
- Provide direct one-on-one therapeutic interventions to individuals with a mental health diagnosis such as ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, etc.
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with skill acquisition, including communication, socialization, and daily living skills
- Support clients in community outings and social activities
- Collaborate with the Behavior Consultant and other team members to develop and modify treatment plans
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow behavior intervention plans and implement strategies effectively after training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

- Experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
