Responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions and resolve order issues.
- Coordinate shipping, delivery, and inventory logistics.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and purchasing departments.
- Support day-to-day operational processes.
Qualifications

- Detail oriented and dependable.
- Able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Computer skills.
- Prior customer service experience a plus.
