Position: Seasonal Erosion Control Laborer
Description: This position plays a key role in the installation of erosion control products throughout a multi-state area. The construction season is March-December and hours vary week to week depending on work load.
Starting Wage: $19.00 with per diem/lodging provided.
Projects with federally set wage rates of $22.50-$55.00

Requirements:
▪ Must be able to work in a crew setting
▪ Ability to work out of state
▪ Must possess a Valid Driver's License
▪ Willingness to take direction and complete tasks
▪ Class A CDL a plus
Position Duties:
▪ Ability to bend, stoop, lift and carry materials that are up to 100 lbs.
▪ Ability to navigate steep/rough terrain
▪ Ability to work outdoors in various condition including heat, humidity, rain, dust and cold
▪ Ability to observe and comply with all company and specific site safety and project policies
▪ Ability to achieve acceptable workmanship standards set by the project foreman.
▪ Pre-employment background check will be required if work is done on BNSF contracts
▪ Work safely in a responsible manner, with eager participation and initiative
▪ Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
▪ Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization in assigned trucks, trailers, equipment, jobsites and shop/yard area
