What You'll Do
- Oversee daily property operations, including leasing activities, maintenance coordination, and resident relations to create a thriving community atmosphere.
- Manage lease or rental agreement processes, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and legal standards such as Landlord-tenant law.
- Utilize property management software such as OneSite and Yardi to maintain accurate data entry, filing, and reporting of resident information, rent payments, and maintenance requests.
- Handle conflict management with professionalism, resolving disputes swiftly while maintaining positive relationships with residents and vendors.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate facilities management to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of the community's amenities.
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns including Facebook Advertising and other paid media efforts to boost community visibility and participation.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with knowledge of lease management, contracts, and rental agreements.
- Strong familiarity with OneSite, Yardi and other property management tools.
- Excellent customer skills complemented by phone etiquette and the ability to build lasting resident relationships.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, Landlord-tenant law, Section 8 housing policies, and legal administrative procedures.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and contract management to handle tenant issues effectively.
- Ability to perform data entry, filing, and office administrative tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
- Facilities management experience including property maintenance coordination and oversight of cleaning services or repairs.

Pay: $54,000.00 - $62,400.00 per year
