Adam Search Group has an opening in the Columbus Ohio, area for one of our top clients who is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for their team. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to company leadership while helping bring greater structure and efficiency to the organization. This role will work closely with ownership/leadership and will have exposure to a wide range of administrative, HR, insurance, retirement, and company operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and executive support to company leadership.
- Review and maintain company insurance agreements, including health, auto, and liability insurance.
- Assist with the administration and review of the company’s Vanguard 401(k) plan and related documentation.
- Maintain employee records and assist with basic HR administration.
- Track employee PTO, vacation, and other time-off records using existing manual processes.
- Assist with employee onboarding, paperwork, and general HR-related needs.
- Maintain and organize important company documents, agreements, and records.
- Identify opportunities to improve manual processes and introduce more efficient systems and technology.
- Help manage and update the company website.
- Re-establish and maintain the company’s LinkedIn presence, including keeping company information current and assisting with regular updates.
- Assist leadership with various administrative projects and special assignments.
- Serve as a central point of contact for administrative matters and help ensure important tasks and deadlines are not overlooked.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee, insurance, financial, and company information.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working independently. This person should be someone who naturally looks at an inefficient process and thinks, “There has to be a better way.”
We are looking for someone with strong administrative and possibly some HR experience who is comfortable working in a company where many processes are currently manual. The ability to introduce organization, technology, and improved processes will be an important part of the role.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Manager, Office Manager, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience handling HR-related administrative responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Comfortable working with insurance, employee records, benefits, and retirement plan information.
- Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new technology.
- Experience with websites, LinkedIn, or other digital platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while supporting multiple priorities.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
