What You Bring:
- A valid Nebraska RDH license.
- A "glass-half-full" attitude and a gentle touch.
- The ability to chat about anything from Husker football to the best local taco spots.
- Valid license as a Registered Dental Hygienist in accordance with state regulations
- Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Dentrix
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is highly desirable, along with familiarity with pediatric patient care
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to dentistry
- Ability to perform dental assisting tasks such as chairside support during procedures
- Knowledge of infection control standards, sterilization techniques, and aseptic procedures
- Experience working in general dentistry or dental clinics preferred; familiarity with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems is a plus
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and safeguarding patient confidentiality
