Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Engage with customers in a friendly, energetic manner to take orders and answer questions about menu options
- Operate POS systems, cash handling, and order processing
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas, including proper food handling and sanitation practices
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness
- Support team members in maintaining a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits
Requirements
- Previous barista or café experience is preferred, especially with serving beverages in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with POS systems is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
