Position:
- Alarm Security Co. has a full-time position available in our Gulfport office.
- Full Time Monday through Friday 8:00a to 5:00p
- Date Needed – Immediate Opening
- Reports to the Office Manager
- Full Benefits package after 60 days
Position Overview:
- This CSR will assist the Office Manager in the day-to-day operation to ensure Customer Satisfaction.
- The duties include but are not limited to the following.
- Answer multiline inbound phone calls and handle or distribute accordingly.
- Scheduling of Service Requests and Installations with Customers
- Coordinate Technicians Schedules to optimize efficiencies with minimal drive time
- Support the Sales Team as required
- Creation and Closure/Invoicing of service tickets and installation jobs
- Customer Order Entry and Time Entry into billing system
- Equipment ordering and staging for upcoming service calls or installations
- Appointment verifications
- Rescheduling appointments as required
- Basic phone troubleshooting/support for common system issues.
- Other projects or tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years or more in Clerical and Customer Service experience
- Experience in the Security Industry is very desirable
- Geographical familiarity.
- Work in a very high volume and fast-paced environment
- Work independently with little on-site supervision.
- Effectively communicate new ideas and execute on-time completion of project related functions.
- Proficient in both Word and Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Must have good grasp of usage of computer programs.
- Proficient with Email communications
- Efficiently communicate and summarize conversation via email to the appropriate personnel
- Detailed oriented and able to multi-task
- Applicant should be able to adapt quickly to new computer program.
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Must have excellent references

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
