Position Summary:
Quantinno is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing firm. As a member of our Client Service Operations (CSO) team, we are looking for an analyst who will deliver superior, white-glove experience. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Build and maintain strong operational relationships with a dedicated group of Quantinno clients, serving as primary coverage and delivering comprehensive investment account support across multiple custodial platforms
- Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless, consistent and positive client experience
- Manage and respond to inbound client inquiries, providing timely, accurate, and high-quality operational support while maintaining strong client relationships
- Assist clients with the account onboarding process, ensuring account details are in good order prior to trading
- Monitor and maintain client accounts to identify any deficiencies impacting trading activity; proactively coordinate with clients to resolve issues and prevent disruptions
- Conduct virtual meetings to present and explain the account onboarding process to new clients
- Process client portal access requests, manage permissioning, and ensure seamless account setup
- Process routine account maintenance requests via Salesforce and routing other non-operational requests to subject matter experts within the firm as needed
- Work with specialists at custodians on continuous process improvement projects
- Contribute to key firm-wide initiatives and ad-hoc projects, driving operational enhancements and supporting business growth
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field or equivalent industry experience
- 2+ years of experience in private wealth management, preferably as a client service associate supporting a financial advisor team.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Team player eager to support the CSO and Quantinno teams in various ways
- Experienced Office apps (Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce proficiency a plus
The salary range for this role will be between $115,000 and $135,000 per year. This role may also be eligible for other forms of compensation and benefits, such as a discretionary bonus, health/dental/vision insurance, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and other benefits eligible to employees. Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on a number of factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience. This position follows a 4:1 hybrid work model, out of our New York City office.
