What You’ll Do

Prepare detailed boundary, right-of-way, topographic, and ALTA survey drawings using AutoCAD Civil 3D

Process and convert field data collected by survey crews into polished final deliverables

Review deeds, plats, and record maps to ensure boundary and ROW accuracy

Maintain drawing organization and CAD standards across multiple projects

Collaborate closely with Project Surveyors and field crews to resolve discrepancies
What We’re Looking For

4+ years of land surveying drafting experience (Civil 3D proficiency required)

Strong understanding of boundary and right-of-way surveys

Ability to interpret survey data, legal descriptions, and field notes

Detail-oriented mindset with solid organizational skills

Team player who can also work independently when needed
