What you'll be doing:
- Prospecting and following up with buyer and seller leads provided by the team
- Conducting property showings and open houses
- Guiding clients through offers, negotiations, and the closing process
- Building your local market knowledge across Midland-Odessa and surrounding areas
- Attending ongoing training, coaching sessions, and team meetings
- Using our systems (CRM, transaction tools) to manage your pipeline and paperwork

- Active Texas real estate license required (newly licensed)
- Self-motivated, coachable, and ready to build a real career — not just a side hustle
- Based in or willing to work the Midland-Odessa / West Texas market
