As a Maintenance Custodian, you will help preserve the appearance, cleanliness, and overall condition of the community by:
- Performing routine cleaning and upkeep of common areas, amenity spaces, building entrances, hallways, and exterior grounds.
- Maintaining the appearance of community facilities, including the clubhouse, fitness center, pool areas, and other shared spaces.
- Cleaning windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, walkways, drains, and other building features.
- Operating cleaning equipment and power-washing equipment safely and effectively.
- Identifying maintenance concerns and reporting issues promptly to management.
- Assisting with community beautification efforts and special cleaning projects as needed.
- Supporting a professional, resident-focused environment through courteous and responsive service.
