Help Wanted - Garde Manger
Join our small chef-owned restaurant! We're looking for a dependable, motivated team member to work in our garde manger station. Whether you're looking for year round or seasonal employment, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Details
- Year round or seasonal
- Restaurant is open Thursday -Sunday through the summer, and Thursday-Tuesday in the winter.
- Flexible schedule: can be 2-4 nights per week. Ideally 4, but we can work with you.
- Shifts are approximately 8 hours
- More hours available in winter if requested
- Pay is $19-$21 per hour, based on experience
Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate salads
- Plate desserts
- Assist with food prep
- Wash dishes
- Sweep and mop to help keep kitchen and restaurant clean and organized
- Support kitchen team wherever needed
Qualifications
- Experience is helpful but not required- we're happy to train the right person.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude are a must.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a close knit team
