About the Job:
We are looking to hire a Behavioral Health Tech (BHT), who has a RADT certificate (or similar) for the afternoon and evening shift (Swing Shift) and also the weekends. Part-time position to start, with an opportunity for more hours, based on merit.
Typical hours are 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Work days are somewhat flexible but will most likely include Saturdays and Sundays.
Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Must have a California drivers license to be added to our company auto-insurance policy to transport clients in company vehicles.
Paid EVERY week at $20/hour. Overtime pay is $30/hour.
Job Duties:
· Job duties include administrative tasks, compliance, med pass, training other staff, documentation, leading groups, updating paperwork, computer work, using various software systems, helping the clients, cleaning, laundry, AMA blocking, utilizing Kipu.
Job duties also include transporting clients (must have a CA drivers license and good driving record), helping with meals, dishes, laundry, cleaning, washing vehicles, bed turnover, room checks, vacuuming. Also, medication pass, vitals and CIWAS. Following company protocol. Other duties include: computer work and documentation in the electronic health records system. Must be competent to drive a 13-passenger van.

Must have a valid RADT and CPR cert
Clarification: this is NOT a job for a counselor. You will NOT be counseling the clients. Your primary role is to follow company policies and procedures, and perform assigned tasks.
