Job Description:
As a Shopify Developer at HFB Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our clients' e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for implementing new functionalities, troubleshooting and ensuring the reliability of existing features, and customizing functionalities to meet client-specific needs. Your expertise will help drive the success of our clients' Shopify stores, ensuring they are both visually appealing and highly functional.
Responsibilities:
For Tier 2 Shopify Developer:
- New Functionality Organization: Take charge of organizing and prioritizing new functionalities to be added to Shopify stores.
- Functionality Troubleshooting/Reliability: Ensure the smooth operation of existing functionalities, quickly identifying and resolving any issues to maintain high reliability.
- Custom Functionality Manipulation: Skillfully customize and manipulate Shopify functionalities to meet specific client requirements, enhancing the user experience and store performance.
For Tier 1 Shopify Developer:
- New Functionality Implementation: Lead the implementation of new features and functionalities within Shopify stores to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Website Plugin/App Functionality Tweaks: Make necessary adjustments and optimizations to Shopify plugins and apps to improve performance and integration.
- Shopify Design Tickets: Take ownership of Shopify design-related requests, ensuring that each store's aesthetic aligns with client preferences and industry best practices.
General Responsibilities (Both Tiers):
- Collaborate with the Website Managing Director and the development team to deliver high-quality Shopify solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify features, trends, and best practices to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
- Assist clients with any Shopify-related queries or requests, providing expert advice and support.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio of Shopify projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Shopify platform, including theme development, API integration, and app/plugin customization.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
