Overview
Coordinate and execute traditional and digital marketing strategies through the implementation of promotional campaigns, social media management, email marketing, digital content, and events. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date inventories of promotional materials and departmental databases, as well as preparing performance reports and key metrics to support the achievement of business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Monitor market trends and gather insights to support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for marketing-related initiatives.
- Develop commercial and promotional presentations in collaboration with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Plan and execute events, product launches, and promotional activities, including calendar management.
- Manage scheduling and use of company facilities for marketing events and activities.
- Analyze and report campaign performance metrics across digital platforms (social media, email, website).
- Maintain and update pricing sheets, promotional materials, databases, and supporting documentation.
- Design and coordinate marketing materials and graphic content for campaigns and communications (digital and print).
- Support website, eCommerce, and social media content updates.
- Track and follow up on purchase orders, quotes, and production of marketing materials.
- Maintain organized inventory and documentation of promotional assets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, HR, Warehouse, and Product Development.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications.
- Contribute to departmental goals with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
- Proficiency in creating presentations and using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience and/or basic knowledge of digital platforms, social media, and eCommerce, including basic website content updates.
- Experience in event coordination, quote management, and email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to analyze digital campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.
