Summary
We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Inspector to join our team at Compucraft Industries. In this role, you will be responsible for First Piece, In-Process, and Final Inspection of machined and sheet metal components. You will work closely with Production Control, who will provide priorities. Your experience in Inspection, particularly in the aerospace industry, is crucial to your success.
Responsibilities
- Perform dimensional inspection using standard inspection tools.
- Read and interpret aerospace drawings and specifications.
- Identify and document any issues and record on NC forms.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of aerospace inspection experience.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of aerospace drawings and GD&T.
- Familiarity with UniPoint or other inspection software a plus.
- Understanding of AS9100 and AS9102 requirements.
- FARO Arm experience is a PLUS!
