Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain effective tenant relations through professional and friendly communications, timely responsiveness to any needs and expectations regarding the spaces and properties, and check-in with tenants regularly.
- Maintain all aspects of building maintenance and perform maintenance items in-house.
- Assist in the repair of larger systems such as HVAC, plumbing, flooring, ceiling, lighting, ballast replacement, hard surfaces, walls, furniture, shelves, etc.
- Maintain supply inventory for assigned property so that supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
- Schedule and oversee third-party contractors/service providers assigned to complete necessary repairs and construction projects.
- Troubleshoot building systems.
- Identify and resolve building maintenance, equipment repairs and safety issues and follow through to completion with minimal direction.
- Travel to other properties to assist other Building Technicians as needed.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Customer Service Experience
- Trade Experience
Qualifications:
- Must have strong communication skills
- Basic math skills required
- Working knowledge of power tools and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to make required repairs
- Read and comprehend plans and blueprints
- Mechanical skills and prior experience in maintenance functions
- Organized and efficient in time management skills and ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
- Capable of working safely and following all OSHA regulations and requirements

Employee may be required to move or lift objects exceeding 50 pounds.
Work Environment: While performing duties of the job, the employee may be exposed to weather conditions prevalent at the time.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
