Keep the office organized
- Manage shared inboxes and calendars so the team knows who is doing what and when.

Keep information tidy and useful
- Maintain accurate records of referrals, volunteer hours, client contacts, and basic kennel logs.
- Pull simple summaries to support board updates and grants.
Support basic financial and admin tasks
- Assist with light financial tasks like organizing receipts, tracking simple expenses, and keeping records up to date.
- Help ensure documents, forms, and digital files are labeled and stored in the right places.
Help share our story
- Draft and schedule social media posts and newsletter content that highlight pets, volunteers, and impact.
- Collect short stories, quotes, and photos from staff and volunteers to bring our mission to life.
