Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their outdoor lighting needs and preferences, providing expert advice on product options and design ideas
- Conduct detailed lighting plans that enhance outdoor aesthetics and functionality
- Demonstrate lighting products through engaging product demos, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
- Build strong customer relationships through attentive service, follow-up communication, and personalized solutions that meet their remodeling or renovation goals
- Upsell additional products and services by identifying opportunities during consultations, ensuring clients receive comprehensive outdoor lighting solutions
- Manage inside sales processes including POS transactions, cash handling, and order processing with accuracy and professionalism
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution from initial consultation to final setup, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or construction sales with a focus on high-end or luxury markets
- Familiarity with CRM systems, and POS platforms for efficient client management and project planning
- Knowledge of construction processes, and permanent lighting sales is highly desirable
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate deals confidently and close sales effectively
- Previous experience in customer service roles within retail or remodeling environments is preferred
- Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

Pay: $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
