- Client Migration Specialist (Banking Domain) | Dallas Area (Plano)We are looking for a client-facing Migration Specialist to support Banking Payments Migration and Transformation initiatives.
- Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory)
- Prior Banking process experience is a must to have
- Experience in Migration/Transformation projects
- Strong client-facing (MS Teams/ Zoom) and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to explain technical/process concepts in simple business language
- Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner with adaptability to dynamic project environments
- Willingness to work from client office all 5 days
- Flexible to work between 7 AM – 7 PM shifts based on project needs
This role requires strong communication capabilities, coordination across cross-functional teams, tracking project deliverables/timelines, and supporting migration activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
