Part-Time Senior Controller – Construction
Santa Ana, CA | $60–$90/hr | Part-Time
We are seeking an experienced Senior Controller with a strong construction accounting background. This role will oversee financial reporting, cash flow, month-end close, forecasting, internal controls, and construction financials.
Key Requirements:
- Senior-level Controller/accounting experience within the construction industry
- Sage Intacct required
- Strong knowledge of WIP, job costing, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting
- Experience working with banks, bonding companies, insurance providers, and external CPAs/auditors
- Ability to provide financial guidance to executive leadership

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
