About the Role
NestWell Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join our expanding team. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that enables individuals to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their homes.
We are currently hiring:
- RN to perform skilled assessments and start-of-care visits for Private Pay and Medicaid Clients.
Responsibilities:
The Registered Nurse (RN)/ Nursing Director shall be responsible for the supervision of personal care services of the Home Care Agency including but not limited to:
- Overseeing the development of written plans of services, in collaboration with the client and client's family. The plan shall include at least the following:
- Date of visit
- Assessment of the client's needs
- Functional limitations of the client
- Activities permitted
- Special dietary needs
- Specific personal care services to be performed, and
- Frequency of service.
- Providing direction and guidance regarding standards of care practice; serves as a resource and mentor.
- Leading efforts to improve client outcomes through client and family education.
- Directing home attendant staff.
- Working collaboratively with the Administrator and the Alternate Administrator.
Job, Educational, and Certification Requirements:
Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse. 1+ years of progressive clinical nursing practice with demonstrated experience in a healthcare setting. Clinical experience within the last year is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Ability to mentor and motivate staff.
Supervision of services shall be provided as often as necessary and as determined by the company’s and the client's needs. The assessment of the registered nurse and review of the organization's written policies not to exceed 90 days.
Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Virginia
- Prior experience in home care or home health is preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation abilities
- Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

- Nursing: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:
- RN license from Virginia (Required)
