Riverside Heights Healthcare Center, a unique 70 bed SNF located in the foothills of Jurupa Valley is currently interviewing for a Director of Nursing.

Duties include:
*Deliverance of appropriate care and services as specified by the resident's attending physician and the resident's plan of care.
*Supervise, educate and direct clinical care staff
*Review resident clinical records following unusual occurrences, change of condition and as needed.
*Ability to identify concerns and implement appropriate corrective actions.
*Implement facility policies and procedures.
*Conducts and/or participates in the Quality Assurance Committee, Weight Committee, Fall Committee, Resident Care Meetings.
*Review referrals for admission consideration into the facility
Qualifications:
*Registered nurse with current licensure.
*Maintain current CPR certification.
*Two years management or supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse or one year experience as a Director of Nurses in a skilled nursing facility.
*Knowledge and expertise with electronic health records, preferably Point Click Care, Excel or Google Sheets and Word or Office .
*Knowledge, expertise and the ability to ensure compliance with State and Federal Regulations.
*Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
*Ability to work a flexible schedule dependent on the needs of the residents.
