Office Manager / Customer Service Coordinator
Soft Water Specialists – Kennewick, WA
Soft Water Specialists is looking for an organized, friendly, and dependable Office Manager to help keep our fast-growing plumbing and water treatment company running smoothly.
This position is the hub of our office and requires someone who is comfortable multitasking, communicating with customers, and helping support our technicians and sales team.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer phone calls
- Schedule service calls and annual maintenance appointments
- Manage and coordinate our EZ Salt delivery program
- Follow up with customers for yearly water treatment services
- Handle accounts receivable and customer payments
- Assist with office organization and day-to-day operations
- Maintain customer records and basic computer data entry
- Support technicians and management with administrative tasks
- Help provide excellent customer service and communication
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Experience in office management, dispatching, customer service, or bookkeeping is preferred
