Global Tech Solutions is seeking a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to help shape how our brand shows up across digital platforms, events, and customer-facing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, highly organized, and energized by turning ideas into polished, real-world execution.
This position plays a key role in managing our social presence, supporting marketing initiatives, and coordinating logistics for events and campaigns that connect us with customers.
Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms such as LinkedIn and others as needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to translate ideas, initiatives, and company moments into engaging content.
- Work with designers and internal teams to produce graphics, short-form videos, and promotional materials.
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all channels.
- Track engagement and help refine content strategy based on performance and trends.
Event Coordination & Logistics
- Coordinate logistics for company events, trade shows, conferences, and internal initiatives.
- Manage timelines, materials, signage, giveaways, and on-site needs.
- Serve as a central point of contact between internal teams, vendors, designers, and event partners.
- Ensure all event-related materials are prepared, approved, and delivered on time.
Creative & Project Coordination
- Manage creative workflows with designers, printers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Track project timelines, approvals, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
- Support leadership with campaign planning, execution, and follow-through.
What we're looking for:
- Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for brand consistency.
- Experience creating or managing social media content for a business or brand.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with leadership, marketing, and operations teams.
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
