Service Advisor Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is the hub of our shop’s workflow—connecting our customers to our skilled technicians, keeping jobs on schedule, and ensuring that every repair order is accurate and complete.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for a 3-bay shop with 4 full-time technicians
- Create repair orders, order appropriate parts, and keep customers updated throughout the service process
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate service
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and assist walk-in customers
- Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle needs
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Help maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience required
- Automotive service advisor experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Strong critical thinking, time management, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic computer skills

Work EnvironmentThis position is primarily office-based within a shop environment. The role will also require interaction with technicians in the service area with exposure to noise and shop conditions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
