Compensation by Technician Level
- C-Level Technician: $40,000 – $52,000 annually
- B-Level Technician: $55,000 – $67,000 annually
- A-Level Technician: $69,000 – $120,000 annually
Performance-based pay plan with bonus opportunities
Earnings increase as your skills and certifications grow
What Winning Looks Like
- Perform motorcycle inspections, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
- Accurately clock in/out of jobs using Talon
- Complete repair orders and documentation thoroughly
- Work independently while knowing when to ask for help
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and service staff
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and shop procedures
- Attend ongoing Harley-Davidson training (online & instructor-led)
- Dyno experience is a strong plus

Requirements & Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license with Motorcycle (M) endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Ownership of required tools
- Minimum 1 year technician experience (B/C Level)
- Current HDU requirements for your technician level
State of Virginia Motorcycle Inspection License holders are strongly encouraged to apply
Physical Requirements / Working Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to maneuver large motorcycles safely
- In-person role in a fast-paced, professional shop environment
