Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finisher to join our production team and help deliver world-class boats to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Complete final finishing, polishing, buffing, and detailing on boats.
- Sand, clean, and prepare surfaces for final delivery.
- Repair minor cosmetic imperfections on fiberglass, gelcoat, paint, and finished surfaces.
- Install or adjust trim pieces, hardware, and accessories as needed.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Properly use hand tools, power tools, buffers, polishers, and other finishing equipment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to complete boats on schedule.
- Report material or quality issues to supervisors.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in boat manufacturing, automotive detailing, fiberglass finishing, cabinetry, or a similar finishing role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Ability to identify cosmetic defects and perform corrective work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures within a manufacturing environment.
- Comfortable using PPE, including safety glasses, and hearing protection.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
