Northern Colorado Landscaping was recently named NOCO Style's top 3 Landscaping companies. We are searching for highly experienced Landscape Foremen to play a key role within the company. Our company provides high-quality services with a focus on our customer’s satisfaction. Northern Colorado Landscaping is located in Berthoud and provides landscaping renovation and installation services.
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Landscaping Construction Foreman to lead a crew in the installation of high-quality residential and commercial landscape projects. This individual will be responsible for executing landscape plans, managing daily operations on site, and ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, safety, and efficiency on every job.
A truck will be provided, for company use only to qualified applicants to get the crew from our facility to the job site.
This position is seasonal; however, the right candidate could stay with our company through the winter. Pay is based on experience.

Landscape and Irrigation Foreman Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct crew members on landscape construction projects including hardscaping, softscaping, grading, lighting, and water features
- Ensure proper installation according to design plans and specifications
- Collaborate closely with the Landscape Designer, Project Manager, and clients
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, trailers, and tools
- Adapt to on-the-fly changes in plans, weather conditions, or schedules
- Serve as the company’s on-site representative, maintaining professionalism and positive client relationships
- Forecast and communicate equipment, material, and labor needs for upcoming phases
- Train and mentor crew members to ensure skills development and adherence to quality standards
- Promote and enforce company safety procedures and jobsite safety compliance
- Maintain daily documentation including photos, time tracking, deliveries, and material usage
Foreman Qualifications:
- Valid CO driver's license.
- Clean MVR and insurable
- Minimum of 5 years of landscaping experience.
- Experience and knowledge of commercial irrigation systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and landscape plans
- Able to read landscaping and irrigation blueprints.
- Is self-motivated with a strong work ethic with the ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize duties in an ever changing and fast paced environment.
- Be professional in appearance and possess effective written & verbal communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous experience in a leadership role.
- Positive attitude.
- Be able to communicate in both English and Spanish
