• Demonstrates ability to use a keyboard as may be required to perform the essential duties of the job. • Demonstrate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications or other computer software as deemed appropriate. • Demonstrate knowledge of EPIC • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, think logically and sequentially and make complex decisions encompassing multiple variables. • Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology. • Demonstrate ability to work independently and with a team in a fast paces, high volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills, including relationship building, negotiation, persuasion, diplomacy, and advocacy. • Demonstrates ability to interact efficiently with Managers, Directors, frontline caregivers, and peers. • Demonstrates ability to work in stressful situations and manage conflict respectfully. • Previous experience in staffing, scheduling, and/or payroll - preferred. • Previous experience with utilizing Kronos - preferred. • Current Nursing Assistant Certification, successful completion of Acute Care Nursing Assistant Program, documented completion of Fundamentals of Nursing as a current student in a nursing program, OR previous experience as a PCT in an acute care setting preferred
