What You'll Do
- Operate manual lathes, mills, and specialized machining equipment to produce precision components
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Maintain tight tolerances using precision measuring instruments
- Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve quality, speed, and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow Fusion’s standard operating procedures
- Utilize ERP systems for job tracking and production documentation

QualificationsRequired
- Advanced manual machining experience
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mathematical and measurement skills
- Experience machining stainless steel and alloy materials
- Ability to safely operate or become certified on forklifts and overhead cranes
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
- Welding experience
- ERP system experience
- Experience in a custom manufacturing environment
